Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to deliver all our orders within 3 to 5 days.  This time may be extended due to bank holidays or public holidays.

We currently deliver to the UK Mainland only. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern or Republic of Ireland.

Items may be delivered to a different address to that of the billing address. You have the option to specify this at the checkout stage.

Delivery will be made using a variety of carries including our own delivery vehicles.

Non-Bulk Delivery is offered FREE on orders over £99. Certain exclusions will apply and will be specified on particular products where this does not apply but these are typically heavy and bulky items.
 

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime prior to its despatch.  After this time please refer to our Returns Policy


Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants and plug plants cannot be returned. However certain plants are covered by our 5 year hardy plant guarantee and as such are treated independently of this policy.  Please contact us at orders@bosworthsgc.co.uk

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bosworthsgc.co.uk and send your item to: Bosworth's Garden Centre, Finedon Road Burton Latimer Northants United Kingdon NN15 5QA.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bosworth's Garden Centre, Finedon Road Burton Latimer Northants United Kingdon NN15 5QA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable where the products or item is faulty or defective.  If you are returning the product or item because you no longer want the item, you ordered in error then the cost of posting the item pack to us will remain at your expense.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
